At Supersuasive, we are committed to providing our customers with quality products and services. This policy explains the conditions under which refunds and returns are possible, affirming our commitment to customer satisfaction while protecting the interests of the agency.

2. Physical Products

1. Return time Physical products can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
2. Product condition To be eligible for return, the product must be in its original, unused condition, with all packaging and accessories intact.
3. Return Process Contact us at contact@supersuasive.com to initiate the return process. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

3. Digital Products

1. Non-refundable Digital products, including e-books and e-learning, are non-refundable once access has been provided or the file downloaded.
2. Exception In the event of a technical defect or non-conformity of the digital product delivered, a refund request may be considered within 7 days of purchase.

4. Services

1. Down payment A deposit of 50% is required to start any service. This deposit is strictly non-refundable to cover start-up and planning costs.
2. Instalment payments :
   • The second payment of 25% is due upon presentation of the prototype. If the service is cancelled at this stage, this payment is non-refundable.
   • Final payment after review and validation is non-refundable.
3. Revisions Revisions are offered according to the terms initially specified, with any additional revisions after final validation billed separately.

2. Evaluation All requests are subject to evaluation by Supersuasive. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or return that does not comply with this policy.
